“Led engineering for the Recover product, building APIs and backend services that handle failed payment recovery. A big part of the role was integrating different PSPs and figuring out how to make inconsistent third-party APIs work reliably in production. Worked closely with ML teams to bring recommendation models into the core flow and improve recovery outcomes. Also spent a lot of time aligning with product and revenue teams on what actually moved the needle.”
