Change the world. Love your job.
When you join TI as an intern, you tackle important projects early on. You won't be taking coffee orders or filing paperwork—you dive into real-life projects from day one. You will receive individual coaching, mentoring, and access to invaluable insight from your organization's top leaders. Depending on your specific team placement, your internship will focus on either driving our external market presence or strengthening our internal organizational voice.
If you are placed with the Brand Marketing team, you will focus on the "external" voice of TI. You will learn how to use data-driven storytelling to execute full-funnel programs that build brand equity, create market awareness, and drive demand across digital and offline channels. You will explore how to move audiences from initial awareness to active engagement by leveraging social media, programmatic advertising, and strategic brand campaigns.
The internship experience is geared towards results-oriented individuals who have an interest in:
- Strategic Messaging: Crafting audience-centric content tailored to specific internal or external audiences.
- Channel Strategy: Learning to leverage diverse platforms, from social media and paid advertising to the company intranet and leader blogs.
- Data & Insights: Understanding how to use data—whether for marketing campaign effectiveness or measuring employee engagement—to inform future communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Building relationships across different functions to ensure a consistent brand and corporate voice.
- Professional Growth: Developing project management and communication skills within a global technology leader.
