Our platform serves over 1.5 million workers and 375,000 workplaces across 100+ countries. We are backed by top global investors and recently achieved Unicorn status.    At Deputy, we’re improving the world of work, one shift at a time, for 80% of the world’s workforce: hourly workers. These are the dedicated employees who keep our world running – from baristas to nurses, cleaners to delivery drivers, florists to factory workers. Despite their vital role in society, most workplace technology has focused on those workers who sit behind a desk, but at Deputy, we transform the frontline. When businesses use Deputy, their workplaces thrive – the business is more profitable, compliant, and productive, while the workers are more engaged and happier at work.   We're becoming an AI-native company, a commitment that means you'll be empowered (and expected) to use AI tools and thinking in your day-to-day work. You'll have the training, support, and freedom to use AI responsibly and creatively to spark ideas, solve problems faster, and unlock new ways of working.   If you’re passionate about creating solutions that put people first and helping businesses and their teams thrive, join us at Deputy and make an impact where it matters most!

About the Role

We’re looking for creative interns to join our Creative Team and help bring social content ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves internet culture, short-form video, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, trends, memes, storytelling, and making fun, awesome content with a team.

As a Creative Team Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day creative production process for social media. You’ll help with brainstorming, organizing, producing, editing, publishing, and improving content across our channels. You’ll also support practical channel maintenance tasks, including cleaning up and organizing YouTube channels, playlists, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and assets.

This is a paid three-month contract working three days per week. There’s flexibility around which three days you work.

Who You Are

• You’re genuinely excited by social media, internet culture, and creative content.

• You enjoy making things and want to learn how great social content gets produced.

• You’re open to jumping into the creative process, whether that means brainstorming ideas, helping on shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, or occasionally appearing in content when it feels right.

• You’re organized, proactive, and happy to jump into both creative and practical tasks.

• You have a good eye for what feels fun, current, and engaging online.

• You’re comfortable collaborating with a team and receiving feedback.

• You’re curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other social platforms.

• Basic editing skills in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar.

• Interest in thumbnails, titles, hooks, captions, and how content performs.

• Familiarity with YouTube channel organization and social media best practices.

What You’ll Learn

• How a creative team develops, produces, and publishes social content.

• How to turn ideas into finished social media assets.

• How to organize and maintain content channels and creative libraries.

• How different platforms require different creative approaches.

• How to collaborate in a fast-moving production environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in creative production and social media, while helping make content that is fun, fresh, and built for the internet.
