What you will be responsible for:
As an Assistant Vice President in this role, you will:
Support client onboarding and conversion projects to PAM®, State Street’s comprehensive investment accounting platform, throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Work with clients to define, prepare, and validate data conversion templates to ensure alignment with software requirements.
Apply insurance and investment accounting principles, including accounting elections, amortization, interest income recognition, and related accounting concepts, to support accurate system configurations and client outcomes.
Apply investment accounting knowledge across multiple asset classes.
Load and validate client data within State Street’s investment accounting application, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established requirements.
Identify, prioritize, and support the resolution or escalation of client and project issues, assessing associated risks, impacts, dependencies, and required follow-up.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and the project manager to clarify requirements, address discrepancies, coordinate assigned deliverables, and communicate status and follow-up needs.
Support multiple client engagements simultaneously, providing timely updates on assigned items, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
Follow established processes, procedures, and controls while identifying and recommending enhancements that improve onboarding efficiency, client support, and project delivery.
Educate clients on State Street functionality and deliverables and participate in remote and onsite client engagements, as needed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
