As an accomplished generalist, no specific need for supervision in your daily duties is expected. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility while providing the opportunity to take on a highly visible and impactful role within the audit function. During audit missions, you will be the shining example to whom the internal audit staff turn for leadership, organization, communication, and execution of audits.
Your responsibilities:
Locally in Egypt

- Monitoring Internal Controls: you will evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control systems. This includes identifying weaknesses in controls and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with FRA requirements within the global audit framework of AZ Partners.
- Assessing Risk Management Frameworks: you will assess the adequacy of the company's risk management processes, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in line with FRA regulations.
- Reviewing Financial Reporting: you are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of financial reports submitted to the FRA. This includes ensuring that financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and FRA requirements.
- Reporting Irregularities to Management, and when necessary, to the FRA.
- Facilitating FRA Inspections, Advising on Regulatory Changes and Promoting Corporate Governance
Within the Global Audit Community:
- Demonstrating a well-organized plan to systematically execute your assigned audits in accordance with the International audit standards and plans of Allianz Partners Internal Audit.
- Studying and scoping the applicable business processes to be audited culminating in key required documentation including the Audit Planning Memorandum, the Audit Working Program (inclusive of data analytics test requirements) and the list of documents to be requested in a collaborative effort with Regional Audit Heads overseeing the audits
- Establishing and strengthening communication with business management and other relevant stakeholders through well-organized meetings (opening, closing, interviews & debriefings).
- Supervising the efforts of the entire audit team to ensure timely and properly documented work including relevant comments and collected evidence of controls and support for observations.
