Your key responsibilities

EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Manager, you’ll help lead and drive transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals – bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.

Whether your strengths lie in business strategy or technology strategy, you'll have the opportunity to build your career across TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy teams, broadening your experience while specializing in the areas that best fit your interests and career goals.

TAD Business: In Business, you will partner directly with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions. Your work will center on directing strategic transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, leveraging Agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum to manage risk and resources across workstreams. You'll also shape governance models and portfolio strategies that align with organizational objectives, while crafting compelling business cases and ideation frameworks to secure executive buy-in. Through performance management and storytelling techniques, you'll help clients achieve measurable value realization at every stage of their transformation journey.
