Your Opportunity
As an Advanced Specialist, Experience Designer you will own complex web and mobile experiences from discovery through launch and measurement. Contribute to developing a shared design system, including designing components, patterns, and standards.
-
Collaborate with Engineering through handoff, implementation review, and design quality assurance.
-
Communicate research and design rationale clearly to technical teams and product leadership, influencing roadmap and product decisions.
-
Collaborate closely with a small design team, contributing to design reviews and critiques, shaping ways of working, and advancing our shared goal of raising the impact of design across Credly.
