Chief Commercial Officer

About Evvy

At Evvy, we believe the female body shouldn’t be a medical mystery.

We are a precision women’s health company leveraging the vaginal microbiome to improve outcomes across a woman's lifespan. Backed by $60M+ from leading investors, we serve over 100,000 patients and 3,000 providers nationwide with our validated Vaginal Microbiome Test and AI-powered personalized care platform.

Through this work, we have built the world’s largest dataset on the vaginal microbiome — a proprietary foundation that will drive breakthroughs in infertility, preterm birth, gynecological cancers, and beyond.

Why join now?

Evvy is a generational opportunity in women's health — and we're at the inflection point.

• We’ve built a dataset no one has. Evvy has generated the world’s largest vaginal microbiome dataset from 100,000+ patients, uncovering novel biological markers underlying women’s health conditions that collectively cost the healthcare system $180B+ annually.

• Validated, AI-first platform. We’ve built a comprehensive testing and care platform that unlocks personalized treatment pathways for each patient. Our work is supported by research published in major peer-reviewed journals and presented at major clinical conferences (including ACOG, ASRM, IDSOG, and more).

• Proven traction, massive opportunity. We serve 100,000+ patients and 2,000 providers nationwide, with rapidly growing revenue and an expanding suite of diagnostics and treatments to improve outcomes across condition areas. We've only scratched the surface.

• Top tier team, investors, and partners. Our world-class team is backed by industry leading investors, including General Catalyst, Left Lane Capital, US Fertility, and Labcorp.

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery — and want to help change that.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to build and lead Evvy’s B2B2C growth engine at a pivotal moment in the company’s trajectory.

This is not a traditional healthcare sales leadership role. You’ll help define how a new category of precision women’s healthcare reaches scale — building and evolving Evvy’s commercial strategy across providers, fertility networks, digital health platforms, strategic partners, payers, and emerging distribution channels.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and operate as one of the company’s most senior strategic leaders. The right person for this role is equally energized by category creation, relationship-building, systems design, and execution. You know how to move from ambiguity to momentum — and from early traction to repeatable scale.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to help shape the future of diagnostics, AI, and women’s healthcare before the playbook exists.

Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.

What You'll Do

Own Commercial Strategy and Revenue

• Own revenue and margin performance across Evvy’s B2B2C business lines

• Prioritize and execute Evvy’s distribution opportunities across providers, clinics, payers, and strategic partners (e.g. other digital health companies or women’s health brands)

• Build a unified commercial engine across multiple channels and buyer types

• Help shape Evvy’s long-term reimbursement and payer strategy alongside company leadership

• Identify and unlock new commercial surfaces, markets, and partnership models

Build Strategic Relationships

• Personally lead Evvy’s most important enterprise and clinical partnerships

• Develop a scalable sales strategy that establishes Evvy as a trusted partner

• Represent Evvy externally with providers, partners, executives, payers, and at industry events

• Translate market feedback into stronger product positioning, partnerships, and growth strategy

Build the Commercial Machine

• Build the infrastructure required to scale: CRM, forecasting, sales ops, onboarding, playbooks, reporting, and partner success systems

• Hire and lead a high-performing commercial organization over time

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure tight GTM feedback loops

• Help create the operating cadence, systems, and rigor required to scale a category-defining healthcare business

Build a strategy for the upside

• Lay the groundwork for how we can monetize our novel data platform across indications and customer types (diagnostics, pharma, CPG, AI platforms, etc.)

What We're Looking For

You have:

• 15+ years of commercial experience with a demonstrated track record of figuring out new GTM motions for a novel product category

• Experience building and scaling commercial infrastructure and teams

• Experience operating across multi-channel GTM motions and diverse partner types

• Willingness to travel for strategic partnerships, conferences, and key customer relationships

You are:

• A proven commercial leader with experience driving revenue through strategic partnerships, distribution, and ecosystem development

• Someone who "figures it out" in terms of new commercial motions in novel product categories

• Exceptional at relationship-building, communication, storytelling, and influence

• Deeply fluent in women’s health, fertility, diagnostics, digital health, or adjacent healthcare ecosystems

• Both strategic and highly operational — able to set vision, build systems, and execute directly

• Drawn to ambiguity, ownership, and building before the roadmap is obvious

• Disciplined about evaluating opportunities quickly, pursuing what’s real, and moving on from what isn’t

• Energized by the idea of building an entirely new category in women’s healthcare

Helpful but not required:

• Experience selling diagnostics or women’s health solutions into practitioner channels

• Familiarity with clinic sales dynamics, reimbursement, payers, and healthcare incentive structures

• Experience operating within a company that has both D2C and B2B2C motions

• Founder or early-stage startup experience

• Experience with data monetization
