As part of the Americas Tax Technology Group (ATTG), you will be part of an organization that designs, builds, and operates AI-enabled digital products that empower our Tax professionals and clients. ATTG partners closely with the Tax practice to deliver secure, scalable, and responsible technology solutions, including digital and mobile tools, data platforms, analytics, dashboards, visualization, and emerging generative AI–driven experiences.
Our work is guided by AI principles:
- Human-centered and value-driven AI
- Responsible, secure, and compliant by design
- Reuse before build; platforms over point solutions
- AI embedded into workflows, not bolted on
- Rapid experimentation with disciplined scale
The Development Manager (DM) sits within the Solution Delivery pillar, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products that support the Americas Tax practice.
This role blends people leadership, technical depth, and AI-informed decision making, ensuring products are delivered with speed, quality, and trust while aligning with firm architecture, security, and AI governance standards.
Your key responsibilities
-
Product Delivery Leadership:
- Partner with Product Owners to design, plan, build, operate, and continuously improve one or more products within a portfolio, with a focus on AI-augmented capabilities
- Own delivery outcomes including quality, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Lead development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions, incorporating automation and AI where it drives measurable value
- Ensure products meet 24x7 operational expectations, including leadership of urgent response teams for production issues
-
Agentic Engineering:
- Drive the responsible adoption of generative AI and advanced analytics in product development, testing, support, and operations
- Ensure AI solutions follow Responsible AI principles (security, privacy, explainability, compliance, and human oversight)
- Promote reuse of AI patterns, components, accelerators, and platforms across products and portfolios
