Responsibilities
1. MDM Solution Delivery

Support the definition and execution of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain master data models and MDM solutions using Informatica MDM.

Participate in master data strategy discussions and recommend best practices for data management.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

Lead specific workstreams and support end-to-end delivery of MDM projects.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, developers, and data stewards to gather and translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, issue resolution, and risk management.
3. Technical Leadership

Configure, implement, and optimize Informatica MDM components, including data models, match and merge rules, hierarchies, and workflows.

Provide technical guidance on data integration, data quality, and MDM best practices.

Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and platform optimization activities.
4. Data Governance & Data Quality

Support the implementation of data governance policies, standards, and controls.

Work closely with data stewards and business users to improve data quality and consistency.

Assist in defining data quality rules, data validation processes, and stewardship workflows.
