💙 About Bounce...

Bounce is building cloud storage for the physical world, starting with the largest global luggage storage network in existence. Bounce’s marketplace connects travelers with 30,000+ small business locations worldwide for hyper-local short term baggage storage. With more locations globally than Burger King, and more locations in New York City than Starbucks, Bounce has served 3M+ users and stored 10M+ bags, and paid over $10M to small business partners.

To achieve this, Bounce is a fast-paced and scrappy team. We believe that experimentation fuels innovation, so we move quickly, testing new ideas and adapting in real time. If you’re ready to make an impact in a high-energy, close-knit, and collaborative environment - Bounce is the place where you can move fast, think big, and shape the future of travel. Join us as we make the world a lighter, more accessible place! About the role...

Travellers drag their bags around London all day because they don't know there's another option. Bounce is looking for four Scouts/ Brand Ambassadors, two at King's Cross and two at Victoria, to tell them that option exists.

Bounce is the world's largest luggage storage network, with hundreds of locations in London and over 1.1 million bags stored in the city alone. Travellers book on their phone, drop their bags at a local shop or hotel, and get on with their day.

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You earn 40% of the storage value of every booking that comes through your code, and you keep it whether or not the customer uses the discount. For example:

What an hour could look like (illustrative, not guaranteed):

• You speak to around 30 travellers

• 5 of them book (about 1 in 6)

• The average booking is three bags for the day, which earns you £5.40

• 5 bookings × £5.40 = £27 for the hour

Where you come in…

• Positioned around King's Cross or Victoria station and talk to travellers who are dragging suitcases around London

• Wear Bounce branded gear with your own QR code on it: travellers scan it, book a spot and get 10% off

• Find people with bags, help them get rid of them for the day, and get paid for it

• Decide when you go out and for how long, with no fixed schedule or minimum commitment

• Get set up with your own referral code, QR code, payout account and Bounce branded kit

• Start with a briefing on what to say, which spots work, and what to steer clear of

• Get commission paid out through our affiliate system, straight to your bank

Your profile…

• You're happy starting conversations with strangers all day

• You're warm and quick on your feet, and travellers trust you inside five seconds

• Confident English. A second language is a real advantage, especially Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic or Mandarin

• Right to work in the UK, registered as self-employed or happy to register

• Self-motivated. Nobody is standing over you, so what you earn is down to what you put in

• Bonus experience, not a requirement: street sales, promotion, fundraising or tour guiding experience

• Good to know: this is a self-employed, commission-only arrangement, not employment.
