Job Description

Are you a strategic content marketer who knows how to turn ideas into leads, and leads into revenue?

We’re looking for a Content Marketing specialist to join our Marketing team and work closely with the Lead Generation Manager to design, test, and scale content that directly impacts pipeline and revenue.

How will you make an impact?

• Define and execute the content strategy for the B2B individual doctors segment, covering topics such as clinic management, patient acquisition, online visibility, reputation management, efficiency, and AI for practices.

• Develop and manage the content plan to ensure alignment with business priorities, ICP needs, and commercial goals.

• Create, adapt, and repurpose high-impact content across multiple formats, including blog articles, eBooks, webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, and video scripts.

• Collaborate on the optimization of email marketing workflows, continuously improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance.

• Partner with the Paid Media team by providing creative input, campaign messaging, ad copy, and supporting video production when required.

• Support the local marketing strategist in planning and executing content distribution across relevant organic and owned channels.

• Translate, localize, and adapt content from English into German, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and local market context.

• Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, MQLs), making data-driven adjustments to maximize business impact.

• Lead content projects end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Sales, and Paid Media to ensure timely and effective execution.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital content marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or performance-driven environments.

• Proven success in creating content that drives engagement, lead generation, and sales impact (not just traffic).

• Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, with the ability to adapt messaging for awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

• Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing different types of content across multiple channels, including blog, email marketing, WhatsApp, landing pages, webinars, and paid campaigns.

• Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Paid Media, Design) and leading content projects end-to-end.

• Comfortable coordinating multi-market localization and execution, ensuring consistency while adapting to local context.

• Data-driven mindset: ability to measure communication effectiveness, analyze KPIs (engagement, conversion, MQLs, ROI), and continuously optimize based on performance insights.

• You adapt quickly to changing priorities and consistently prioritize speed, simplicity, and impact over over-engineered processes or unnecessary complexity

• Experience working with marketing automation tools (experience on HubSpot is a plus).

• Ability to leverage AI tools to scale content production, test formats, refine tone of voice, and improve efficiency and engagement.

• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• German Native-level with excellent writing and editing skills plus English proficiency at least B2 level.
