• Produce solution options with pros/cons, costs, risks, technical debt, and compliance (infoSec, GCO, data)
• Collaborate with Data Architecture teams to design AI‑ready data models, taxonomies, and metadata structures.
• Ensure MarTech systems integrate effectively with enterprise data lakes, CDPs, analytics platforms, and identity systems.
• Assess emerging technologies and evaluate platform/vendor options with Product Management teams
• Influence investment decisions, business cases, and sourcing strategies
• Support design assurance and enterprise governance forums
• Promote API‑first, event-driven, modular, and composable architecture principles
• Champion performance, resilience, observability, accessibility, and global scalability
• Communicate complex architectural concepts in clear, business‑focused language
• Serve as a trusted advisor on MarTech strategy, innovation, and platform evolution
