Technical Recruiter

Why Silver.dev

From the Founder of Silver.dev

Recruiters at Silver.dev are the protagonists.

Working here is not like working at a staffing agency where you're measured by volume, or at a company where recruiting is treated as a cost center. It's not even like other agencies that ask you to fill whatever roles they can get or promise comfort at the expense of your long-term growth.

We have the best client portfolio in the market, the best performance-based compensation, and the strongest investment in technology, marketing, and sales to help recruiters succeed.

Nowhere else will you have as many opportunities to make an impact.

About You

We are looking for experienced and ambitious recruiters who thrive in a high-performance environment.

To succeed at Silver.dev, you will have:

• Advanced English skills (required).

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups.

• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.

• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and similar platforms.

Our way of working

This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).

We've intentionally chosen this model because we believe great recruiting is highly collaborative. Being together allows us to brainstorm difficult searches, share market insights, learn from each other, and continuously improve as a team. The office isn't just where we work—it's where we become better recruiters.

Skills in High Praise

We value people who bring unique skills that strengthen our team.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• People Analytics

• Interview Design

• Media Management

• Employer Branding

• Talent Operations
