Full-Stack Product Engineer
Build across the stack · Own features end-to-end · Ship continuously
The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer who loves building products — not just writing code. You’ll own features end-to-end: understanding customer problems, designing solutions, and shipping them to production. You’ll collaborate across the company while helping shape both the product and the engineering behind it.
We move quickly, ship continuously, and value engineers with strong product intuition as much as technical excellence.
What You’ll Do
-
Help move products from idea to the hands of customers, contributing across problem definition, design, and delivery.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates to understand needs and turn them into shipped features.
-
Make product and technical decisions independently, with the autonomy and judgment to move without waiting for sign-off at every turn.
-
Build across the entire stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Ship early, learn quickly, and iterate based on real customer feedback.
Our Tech Stack
-
Frontend: Angular, TypeScript
-
Backend: Django, Python, PostgreSQL
-
Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform
-
We care far more about strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and a willingness to learn than experience with a particular framework.
How We Use AI
AI is part of how we build, not what we build.
We use modern AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and automate repetitive work so engineers can focus on solving meaningful problems. We embrace experimentation, but engineering judgment always comes first.
We continuously improve how we build software through design reviews, code walkthroughs, knowledge sharing, and experimenting with the latest developer tools.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong full-stack engineering skills.
• A product mindset and customer-first thinking.
• Ownership and the ability to work independently.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and collaboration.
• Pragmatic engineering judgment.
Our Values
Ideas Over Titles — The best ideas win, regardless of where they come from. We value intellectual honesty and healthy debate over hierarchy.
Better Over Perfect — We believe in shipping, learning, and continuously improving instead of waiting for perfect solutions.
Courage Over Comfort — We challenge assumptions, give candid feedback, and do what’s right for our customers and teammates — even when it’s uncomfortable.
