• Manage multiple client projects and deliver high-quality work at pace.

• Use campaign feedback to iterate on designs and improve their effectiveness.

• Approximately 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio showcasing your own ad creative, landing page, or web design work.

• Experience designing performance ad creatives in Figma or comparable professional design tools.

• Experience creating paid social or paid search creatives and evaluating results such as click-through rates, cost per lead, or creative test performance.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads creative requirements, and an understanding of B2B audiences.

• Native-level German skills and the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

• Agency experience, motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow experience is a plus.
