About Sailpeak
We are a Brussels-based consultancy at the intersection of AI and Digital Transformation. We don’t just follow trends; we build high-impact solutions that solve real business problems. We value first-principles thinking, speed, and a pragmatic approach to innovation.

We value Intrapreneurship. Don’t see a role that fits? If you have the drive to act as an "internal entrepreneur"—focusing on innovation, taking calculated risks, and turning ideas into profitable realities—we want to hear from you. We provide the resources and the platform; you provide the vision and the grit. Apply anyway.

Who we’re looking for
High-impact, collaborative, and curious. Whether you are a technical architect, a strategic advisor, or a creative problem-solver, we look for:

• Fast Learners: You get up to speed quickly in unfamiliar domains.

• Owners: You work "full-stack" and take accountability for your work end-to-end.

• Low Ego, High Output: You value the mission over the title.

• Clear Communicators: You translate complex ideas into actionable insights.

**
What sets us apart**

• Impact over Hierarchy: We value your output and your ideas, not your years of service or your title.

• Trust by Default: We don't micromanage. We provide the guidance, and we trust you to navigate the best way to get there.

• Growth at Speed: You’ll have direct exposure to diverse projects and senior leadership, ensuring a learning curve that’s far steeper than elsewhere.
