The Team and the opportunity 

To continue the successful growth of our Infrastructure & Capital Projects team within EY’s Consulting practice, we are looking for experienced and motivated Senior Contract Managers to lead contract management across complex, high‑value capital programmes. In this role you will play a critical part in a leadership position in supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle - ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, managing risks, and maximising project success.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, ensuring robust commercial governance, proactive risk management, and compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, while supporting the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

Your key responsibilities

To continue to grow EY’s successful I&CP business, we are currently hiring Senior Contract Managers with an engineering/technical or construction related background.

A. Client Delivery & Contract Leadership

• Work directly with EY’s infrastructure clients to develop insight‑led, practical contract management solutions aligned with programme objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop and implement contract management strategies that support programme schedules, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
• Lead contract formation activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
