In this role, you will help shape the benefit programs for large employers that thousands of employees rely on using data, modeling, and real-world business problem-solving.
What you’ll do:
You’ll support our Financial Services teams by analyzing financial and claims data, building models, and turning insights into recommendations that help large employers (5,000+ employees) manage cost, risk, and employee experience across benefit programs.
You’ll work on programs like:
- Short Term Disability
- Long Term Disability

- Absence & leave management (FMLA, company leave administration)
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
- Statutory disability programs and Paid Family Medical Leave
- Time Away Benefits (Paid Time Off/Vacation)
What success looks like

- You build and refine pricing/forecast models that show how benefit programs impact both cost and risk.
- You partner with teammates to deliver accurate, on-time underwriting for large, high-visibility clients.
- You spot trends in claims experience and performance, then help shape solutions that reduce risk and improve outcomes.
- You will project Life, Absence, and Disability renewal positions and negotiate rates and plan options on behalf of clients to secure optimal, cost competitive plans.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams with the development of request for proposals (RFP) for Life, Absence, and Disability programs.
- Stay current in the evolving and competitive insurance market, emerging and complex client needs, best practice underwriting approaches, and the changing laws and regulations that impact on our business.
