About Passionfroot

Creator-led growth is one of the fastest-growing channels in B2B - we're building the infrastructure behind it.

Passionfroot is the leading platform where modern companies scale creator-led growth, and where top creators manage and monetize brand partnerships.

Our customers are some of the most ambitious, fastest-moving companies in the world - Replit, Figma, Framer, LumaAI, Gamma, Airtable - companies that set the standard for what modern growth looks like. We help them run high-impact creator programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and more.

We're growing 13x in revenue year over year, profitable, and just closed our Series A round! We are backed by leading investors including Insight Partners, Creandum, Supernode and founders and operators from Cursor, Anthropic, n8n and more. We're expanding fast across New York, Europe, and Brazil - and we're just getting started.

This Is a Rare Kind of Role

We're hiring our first Growth Lead to own how people find Passionfroot, sign up, and grow into paying, expanding accounts. This isn’t your typical growth job:

• You’ll build the playbook. Creator-led growth is a new category, so there’s no roadmap to follow—you’ll be writing it as you go. The role covers both acquisition channels and the systems that convert interest into revenue, meaning it stays broad and high-impact instead of narrowing into a single specialty.

• You’ll shape the full funnel. Most companies split these responsibilities—one person handles acquisition, another manages activation and upsell. Here, you’ll own the channels that drive interest and the systems that convert it, from signup to expansion.

• You’ll work directly with founders. With a small team, you’ll have direct access to decision-makers and minimal layers between you and company leadership.

📍This role is based in our New York City office (SoHo) with a hybrid work model. We are also open to candidates who are willing to relocate to the NYC area.

What you'll own

• Own demand-generation channels: Take charge of partnerships, SEO and GEO, our website, and referrals. You’ll collaborate with our Brand/Content Lead on supporting content and events, but the channels and the pipeline they produce are yours to run.

• Own lifecycle systems: Build and manage the processes that turn signups into active, paying customers. This includes routing and classifying new signups, tracking activation, onboarding email journeys, monitoring usage across the account lifecycle, and developing a scoring model to identify accounts ready to upgrade.

• Design and run experiments: Continuously test and optimize activation and conversion tactics with measurable results.

• Build attribution and reporting: Implement systems to clearly show the team what’s driving growth and why.

Who we're looking for

• Strong growth background at a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace startup

• Experience owning growth end-to-end, not just a single channel

• Marketplace or two-sided platform growth experience is a strong plus — you understand that demand and supply both need active management

• Comfortable taking an ad hoc, founder-run process and turning it into a system others can run, not just layering more channels on top of the chaos

• Comfortable operating with imperfect data and moving fast anyway

• Sharp analytical instincts paired with strong creative/marketing judgment

• Hands-on operator who is happy building from scratch and getting into the weeds early

• Strong communicator who can represent the company credibly and compellingly

• High ownership and ability to operate with speed

Success in this role looks like

• A repeatable, scalable growth engine with clear owners and metrics, replacing what's ad hoc and founder-dependent today

• Inbound pipeline that doesn't go quiet after the first touch

• A systemized retention/expansion motion

• Acquisition costs trending down as efficiency improves

• Clear visibility into what's driving growth and what isn't

• A growth team taking shape around you as the function scales

• Growth strategy tightly aligned with product and GTM priorities

What we offer

• Competitive salary: $150,000 – $180,000 base + equity

• Meaningful equity - you're joining early, and that matters

• 100% health insurance coverage

• Team off-sites - Barcelona, Mallorca, South of France, Berlin

• Latest Apple hardware
