- Drive continuous improvement in drafting, review workflows, and version control to elevate quality and reduce cycle time
Regulatory Monitoring, Benchmarking & Continuing Expertise
- Monitor SEC and FASB disclosure developments, assess impact to reporting and disclosure requirements, and translate into clear action plans and timelines
- Track SEC comment letter and peer-filing trends, recommend disclosure and process improvements, and strengthen quality while reducing comment risk
- Benchmark peer filings and broader market practices and stay current through SEC and external reporting forums to identify leading practices and evolving disclosure expectations, and keep key stakeholders informed on implications and recommended actions
Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance
- Partner with Legal and disclosure governance (e.g., Disclosure Committee) to support drafting, review, and approval of filings, including risk factors, legal proceedings, and governance disclosures
