About Pelico

Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor.

We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones.

Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started.

This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to help build Pelico's North American team during a period of rapid growth.

This isn't a recruiting coordinator or high-volume sourcing role. You'll own searches end-to-end, partner directly with hiring managers and executives, influence hiring strategy, and help shape how recruiting operates as we scale.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is deeply customer-oriented, and cares as much about building great hiring processes as they do about closing exceptional talent. You'll also embrace AI as part of your daily workflow—leveraging modern tools to source more effectively, automate repetitive tasks, improve candidate engagement, and continuously raise the quality and efficiency of your work.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions from kickoff through offer acceptance.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across competitive markets.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while representing Pelico's culture and mission.

• Manage interview coordination, feedback quality, and hiring decisions to keep processes efficient and high quality.

• Use recruiting data and market insights to improve funnel performance and influence hiring decisions.

• Build strong talent pipelines before hiring needs become urgent.

• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, interview preparation, and recruiting operations.

• Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview calibration, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting workflows.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the hiring process.

About You

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting for technical and/or go-to-market roles in high-growth startup or technology environments.

• Proven track record of hiring high-caliber talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.

• AI-native mindset. You actively leverage modern AI tools to enhance sourcing, research, communication, and operational efficiency, and you're constantly experimenting with new ways to improve your craft.

• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions with data and sound judgment.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

• Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)

• You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Love building from zero rather than maintaining existing processes.

  • Think like an owner and naturally look for ways to improve how work gets done.

  • Balance speed with quality and sound judgment.

  • Are curious, resourceful, and proactive.

  • Enjoy partnering with leaders and becoming an extension of their teams.

  • Care deeply about candidate experience and hiring excellence.

  • Believe the best recruiters combine exceptional human judgment with AI-enabled execution.
