• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify workplace education needs, develop annual education plans and deliver content across a range of workplace events
• Support the transition of major new business accounts to Mercer Super through member education activity and one-on-one appointments as required

What you need to have:

What makes you stand out:

• Experience working with workplace education programs, employer plans or member engagement initiatives
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines
• Your passion for helping members understand their super and optimise their retirement outcomes
