BOLT FARM is building America’s most iconic romantic luxury retreat brand: nature-immersed, high-experience, and emotionally transformative. Backed by 3,300+ five-star reviews, 1M+ followers, and features across Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and Netflix, we’re scaling from a high-performing flagship into a national portfolio. If you want to operate at the ground floor of a brand with real momentum, high standards, and a team obsessed with doing it right, this is your seat. 🚀

What You’ll Love About BOLT FARM

• Build something iconic. We’re creating a national romantic luxury retreat brand, not another generic hospitality company.

• Join a high-standard team. We care about ownership, execution, polish, and doing things right.

• Bring your strengths to the right seat. If your background fits a current or future need, we want to understand where you could make the biggest impact.

• Work around real momentum. Growth, media, sales, recruiting, finance, systems, construction, maintenance, housekeeping, guest experience, spa, and support functions all matter here.

• Do work that touches the guest experience. Whether you are guest-facing or behind the scenes, the standard is the same: make the experience better.

The Core Purpose

This is a general application lane for strong candidates who want to be considered for BOLT FARM now or in the future.

Instead of forcing your background into the wrong opening, this gives you a way to introduce yourself, share what you have done, and tell us where you believe you could add value.

How This Works

• Submit your resume and tell us where you believe you could make the strongest impact

• Share the functions, teams, or types of work you are most interested in

• Highlight what you have actually owned, executed, built, improved, supported, or led

• If your background aligns with a current or future need, our team may reach out

• If there is a potential match, you may move into a role-specific recruiting process
