Technical Marketing Engineer (LATAM & India)

Remote

About the role

You will work with a forward-thinking company building the agentic OS for DevOps — a platform that enables autonomous operations across cloud infrastructure, site reliability, and observability.

Their AI agents make cloud environments self-building, self-governing, self-healing, and self-optimizing, eliminating the manual bottlenecks holding back modern engineering teams.

The platform spans three key areas:

- AI SRE:

Uses AI agents to detect, diagnose, and remediate production incidents, eliminating toil and closing the gap between alert and resolution.

Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

AI-powered automation built on enterprise-grade Terraform, enabling developers to provision production-ready infrastructure directly from their IDE using natural language — no tickets, no waiting, no platform team dependencies.

Managed Open Source Observability

Delivers full-stack visibility without the cost or vendor lock-in of proprietary tooling, and without the manual effort of managing an open source stack.

Trusted by enterprise organizations across regulated industries, the company helps accelerate development velocity and improve operational reliability while maintaining visibility and control.

This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and marketing execution. You will bridge product capabilities with marketing initiatives, creating compelling technical content for SREs, DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and developers at both practitioner and decision-making levels.
