Talent Acquisition Partner

Talent Acquisition Partner
Remote | Individual Contributor | Full-Time

About The Global Talent Co.
The Global Talent Co. is a remote-first recruitment company connecting high-growth, venture-backed businesses with world-class talent across LatAm, South Africa, and beyond. We run full-cycle recruitment for our clients — from the first kickoff call through to offer and placement — and we're building a team that combines strong recruiting fundamentals with modern, AI-enabled ways of working. We move fast and expect everyone on the team to operate with founder-level ownership.

The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles — from sourcing and screening through shortlisting, interview coordination, and placement. This is an individual contributor position, not a management role: you'll be hands-on in the work and expected to take real ownership of the searches and clients assigned to you. You'll work closely with the recruitment team lead and clients directly, using our internal tools to move quickly and accurately. In 6 months, success looks like: running multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight, consistently hitting shortlist turnaround targets, and actively improving how the team uses AI day to day. The role is fully remote, open to candidates all over the world.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned client roles: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination through to placement.

• Use AI tools daily to speed up sourcing, screening, and candidate communication.

• Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa.

• Keep the Cost & Salary Calculator and shortlist trackers accurate and up to date.

• Communicate proactively with clients and candidates on status and next steps.

• Flag process gaps or bottlenecks and propose fixes rather than waiting to be told.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house), including full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.

• Daily, fluent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) as part of your actual workflow — this is a necessity, not a bonus.

• Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and spreadsheet-based tracking.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Strong, demonstrated attention to detail

• High energy and polish — comes across as ready-to-work, confident, and on the ball in verbal/video communication, not passive or low-energy.

• High ownership — takes a project from zero to one without needing to be told each step.

• Startup-native — thrives with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats.

• Quick on their feet — solves problems in the moment instead of escalating everything.

• Proactive communicator — flags blockers early, chases candidates and clients without being chased themselves.

• Coachable — takes feedback and keeps raising the bar on their own work.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for startup / tech / remote-first companies.

• Experience recruiting across LatAm or EMEA markets.

• Exposure to EOR (Employer of Record) hiring concepts.
