Technical Editor

Voleon is a technology company that applies state-of-the-art AI and machine learning techniques to real-world problems in finance. For nearly two decades, we have led our industry and worked at the frontier of applying AI/ML to investment management. We have become a multibillion-dollar asset manager, and we have ambitious goals for the future.

Our firm and its strategies are the product of many years of meticulous research and craftsmanship, and you will lead the way in bringing them to investors.

In addition to our enriching and collegial working environment, we offer highly competitive compensation and benefits packages, technology talks by our experts, a beautiful modern office, daily catered lunches, and more.

• Develop and maintain editorial standards for the research organization, including style guidelines and documentation practices

• Establish and streamline editorial workflows for drafting, revising, and submitting research documents

• Lead writing clinics and coach research staff

• Contribute to AI-assisted writing and editing tools

Requirements

• Significant editing experience with technical or scientific material

• Demonstrated ability to edit with a clear sense of purpose and audience

• Exceptional command of grammar, style, structure, and argumentation
