3+ years hands-on experience in A/B testing/experimentation, ideally with mobile apps (iOS/Android) or mobile web;
-
Strong project management skills: proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives in cross-functional environments (familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence is a plus);
-
Adaptability and ownership: comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, intensely iterative optimization process;
-
Knowledge of statistics related to A/B testing: sample sizes, statistical significance, marketing funnels;
