Product Manager

🚀 The opportunity

We’re building an AI-powered platform that helps companies worldwide put regulatory compliance on autopilot.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a core part of our product and help shape where Myriad goes next.

You’ll report directly to our founders and work closely with our engineering team, legal engineering, and customers. This is a high-autonomy role with significant influence over product strategy, priorities, and how we build the product as Myriad scales.

This is not a role where you’ll simply manage a backlog or execute someone else’s roadmap.

You’ll be expected to identify the most important customer problems, challenge assumptions, make difficult product decisions, and turn complex regulatory challenges into products customers can trust.

At its core, Myriad is an engineering-driven company, founded by individuals with robust technical backgrounds, forged in Silicon Valley and molded by necessity.

About Myriad

Myriad is an engineering-driven, VC-backed startup building next-generation technology for regulatory compliance.

Our team brings experience from companies and universities including Google, Amazon, Airbnb, Dropbox, NVIDIA, BMW, Canva, Stanford, GaTech, and CTU, and we've raised $9.8M from top US and European venture capital funds providing us with several years of runway.

We operate across Prague and San Francisco, serve the US market, and combine a highly technical engineering culture with the speed and ownership of an early-stage company.
**
Today we're already powering some of the largest and most innovative companies in Legaltech and heavily regulated industries such as banking, insurance, etc.**

Compliance is a particularly interesting product challenge.

Companies operate in an increasingly complex environment where reliability, trust and regulatory requirements matter enormously. We believe AI can fundamentally change how this work gets done - making compliance significantly more scalable, efficient and intelligent.

What you’ll own

You’ll own product problems from discovery through delivery to measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will:

• Lead product discovery and identify the highest-value problems worth solving.

• Translate customer insights, market signals, data and business priorities into clear product decisions.

• Work closely with engineering and design from problem definition, build prototypes and ship product with the engineers

• Make prioritization decisions and balance immediate customer needs with long-term product strategy.

• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product strategy.

• Support go-to-market planning and product launches.

• Continuously improve the product through customer feedback, data and iteration.

Most importantly, you’ll be expected to think in outcomes rather than features.

🏆 What success looks like

Your first 30 days

You’ll move fast from designing a PRD to deploying to production and shipping your first feature, pushing boundaries and establishing a strong rhythm of execution.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers, product, technology, and regulatory landscape, while pushing the boundaries of what our platform can deliver.

You’ll speak directly with customers, build strong working relationships with the founder/CEO and engineering team, and understand not only what we’re building, but why we’re building it and which customer problems matter most.

Within 90 days

You’ll be actively shaping product priorities and the roadmap.

You’ll have helped ship meaningful product improvements, established measurable success metrics and strengthened our customer feedback loops.

You’ll be comfortable making prioritization decisions and challenging existing assumptions when customer evidence or data points in a different direction.

Longer term

You’ll become a key voice in Myriad’s product direction.

You’ll help shape our long-term product strategy, establish strong product practices as the company scales, and help position Myriad’s AI platform as a trusted, category-defining solution for financial compliance.

👋 About you

We care less about checking every possible box and more about whether you can take ownership of difficult product problems and turn ambiguity into direction.

You might be a great fit if:

• You have 5+ years of software product management experience, including ownership of products across the full lifecycle.

• You’ve repeatedly turned ambiguous customer problems into successful software products.

• You’re strong in both product discovery and delivery.

• You have strong business judgment and can connect product decisions to customer and company outcomes.

• You’re comfortable working closely with highly technical engineering and data teams.

• You know how to talk to customers, ask the right questions and uncover the real problem behind their requests.

• You can make difficult prioritization decisions with incomplete information.

• You use data and customer evidence to make decisions without expecting perfect information.

• You communicate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with significant autonomy and ambiguity.

Big plus if you have

Experience with any of the following will help, but we don’t expect one person to have all of them:

• AI/ML or data-intensive products

• Fintech, RegTech or financial services

• Enterprise B2B software

• Products operating in regulated industries

• AML, KYC or related compliance workflows

• Working with compliance officers or regulators

• Building products within evolving regulatory frameworks

• Helping establish product practices in an early-stage company

• Mentoring other product managers or contributing to product culture

Domain expertise is valuable, but we also value exceptional product people who can learn a complex domain quickly.

What we offer

• High autonomy and direct access to the founders, with real influence over product and company direction

• The opportunity to join the core team of a VC-backed startup

• Stock options and/or RSUs

• Close collaboration with technical founders and a highly experienced engineering team

• A team with backgrounds from companies including Google, Amazon, Airbnb, Dropbox, NVIDIA, BMW and Canva

• The opportunity to solve complex product problems at the intersection of AI, enterprise software and regulatory compliance

• Competitive salary

• Significant growth opportunities as the company scales

• Opportunities for business travel to Silicon Valley - visits to our US hackerhouse

• Paid time off

• Flat hierarchy and open feedback culture

🌍 Why this matters

Compliance isn’t simply about regulations and checkboxes.

It enables companies to operate safely, protects customers and financial systems, and creates the trust required for businesses to scale.

At the same time, much of today’s compliance work remains complex, manual and difficult to scale.

We believe AI creates an opportunity to fundamentally change that.

If you’re excited by the idea of taking significant product ownership, working directly with founders and engineers, and solving difficult problems in a high-stakes industry, we’d like to hear from you.
