About the Role
HavocAI is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key leader within the finance organization and strategic partner to the CFO and executive team.
The VP of Finance will own financial planning and performance management, help shape the company’s financial strategy, lead critical strategic initiatives, and play a significant role in investor relations. This role will be responsible for ensuring HavocAI has the financial visibility, discipline, systems, and processes required to support continued growth.
You will operate at both the strategic and execution levels—developing long-range financial plans and capital strategies while ensuring the organization delivers accurate forecasts, actionable reporting, strong operating plans, and disciplined financial decision-making.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who combines exceptional financial and analytical capabilities with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. You should be comfortable creating structure in ambiguity, moving quickly when priorities change, and building a high-performing finance organization as HavocAI scales.
What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Strategy
-
Own HavocAI’s financial planning processes, including annual and quarterly budgeting, long-range planning, cash flow forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
-
Develop and execute financial strategies that support company objectives, including cash management, liquidity, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
-
Drive financial discipline, visibility, and fact-based decision-making across the organization.
-
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, commercial opportunities, and other major business decisions.
-
Develop sophisticated financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and analyses to support company strategy.
-
Identify key financial and operational risks and opportunities and proactively develop recommendations for leadership.
