Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your business analysis and data analytics expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and motivated teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving Alstom's digital transformation by enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering impactful analytics solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Group PMO, Product Line Offices, Region Project Offices, and Talent/HR Management), lead stakeholder engagements to understand and deliver on business requirements, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Business Objects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You’ll also manage user access, specify and test enhancements, and oversee application upgrades.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Engaging with stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize business requirements for analytics and digital solutions.
-
Designing and developing dashboards, reports, and analytics products to support fast decision-making by Project and Bid Managers.
-
Collaborating with IS/IT partners to define data architecture and ensure accurate and reliable data sources.
-
Facilitating requirements and design reviews to secure stakeholder alignment and feedback.
-
Driving user-centric design principles to maximize usability and adoption of analytics solutions.
-
Coordinating testing, business validation, user acceptance, and deployment readiness.
-
Monitoring solution utilization and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
-
Experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
