Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into enterprise grade code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.

Our Culture

Who we are:

Led by two pioneering co-founders we are one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., creating our own category of enterprise autonomous software development. We automate thousands of hours of software development for our customers, which includes strong representation within the Fortune 500.

How we work:

We move Blitzy Fast: Time is both our company’s and our clients’ most precious asset. We move quickly and decisively to innovate internally and deliver exceptional software externally.

Championship Mindset: We operate like a professional sports team. We win as a team by holding ourselves and each other to high standards, collaborating in-person, and remaining focused on the mission.

Passion for Invention: We’re pushing the frontier of what’s possible, requiring constant innovation and iteration.

We Work for the Customer: We focus on delivering outsized value to the customers we work with and expanding those relationships into deep, meaningful partnerships.

About the Role

We're hiring a Developer Advocate to help developers understand, adopt, and ship code with Blitzy through technical content, real-world sample repos, and direct engagement with the developer community. You'll create high-impact technical content for developers, CTOs, and tech-forward audiences across a range of platforms, using Blitzy itself to demonstrate real software development in action. You'll also own the strategy behind it: audiences, formats, stories, and how we measure success.

You'll work closely with our fast-growing team, pivoting quickly to unblock developers, building both reverse- and forward-engineering examples, and partnering with our forward-deployed engineers to turn customer conversations, strategy discussions, and developer trends into new conte nt ideas.

You're a developer and creator who speaks as naturally to engineers as to CTOs and CIOs. You've shipped production code, built open-source repos others actually use, or led hands-on technical training. You know how to connect with creators, influencers, and developers, and how to make sure their voice is heard inside the company.

Responsibilities

Create weekly content (videos, demos, written guides, live demos, podcasts, tutorials) that drives engagement and builds trust with our audience.

Own the content strategy: audience, platform, format, and editorial calendar, backed by data and tied to business goals.

Show up in developer conversations on X, Reddit, Discord, live streams, and wherever else developers go, including new platforms as they emerge.

Turn complex technical concepts into stories developers actually want to engage with.

Represent the external developer community inside Blitzy, routing product friction, feature requests, and objections to the right teams with actionable detail.

Build genuine relationships with developers, CTOs, creators, and community leaders, including an active influencer and creator network.

Run the creator/influencer program end to end: outreach, briefing, follow-through, and reporting on results.

Collaborate with Marketing, DevRel, engineering, and product to showcase what's being built and how companies can best use Blitzy.

Build and maintain samples, reference implementations, and technical guides using Blitzy.

Demonstrate technical credibility by using the tools you showcase, including live and unscripted.

Represent Blitzy at events, conferences, meetups, and hackathons, and turn those moments into lasting content.

Report on impact in terms leadership can use, and adjust strategy based on the data.

Mentor and help level up other team members.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a developer advocate, software engineer, or other technical-creative position.

Strong presence on screen or voice-over: confident, clear, and authentically engaging, including unscripted and live.

Technical fluency: ability to understand development workflows, write software, and use AI tools effectively. You can hold a real conversation with a senior engineer without bluffing.

AI-native: AI tools are already how you work, not something you're evaluating.

Proficiency with content creation and screen recording tools (Loom, Screen Studio, Descript, Premiere, etc).

Demonstrated ownership of a content or community program end to end, with results you can point to.

Strong understanding of platform-specific content optimization (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit).

Experience turning technical concepts into accessible, engaging content.

Comfortable operating without a fully built playbook. Some of what you'll own here has never been run.

Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and work independently.

Genuine passion for developer tools, AI technology, and storytelling.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ Bonus + Equity
