À propos de Lexroom

At Lexroom, we set the bar for legal AI—clear, fast, and built for trust.

In just a few years, what began as an idea has become a reliable platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe.

Our mission is clear: make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable, giving lawyers, law firms, and companies the time and confidence to focus on what truly matters.

We’re growing fast, backed by top-tier investors and a world-class team committed to rigor, clarity, and impact.

Today, Lexroom is a trusted partner, shaping the evolution of legal AI with the same rigor and precision that define our product.

Join us as Customer Success Manager to build Lexroom's customer base from the ground up.

You will be the first dedicated CS hire for the French market, owning the full portfolio of French customers end to end. The product already won in Italy, with the numbers to prove it. France is next, and you own it.

Your key responsibilities

• Own the full French customer portfolio from handover to renewal, with a clear goal: keep every customer (retention first) and grow each account through proactive upsell and uplift.

• Run a proactive, commercial CS motion. You do not wait for customers to call. You call them, spot the opportunity in every conversation, and bring it home.

• Be the single point of contact for French customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests, gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing.

• Adapt the Italian playbook to France, importing what works and localizing it for the French market.

• Own your numbers: build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 4 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company. Exposure to legal or professional-services customers is a plus.

• A commercial mindset. You see every customer touch as a chance to add value and expand the account. Direct sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.

• CRM fluency. Experience working a portfolio in a CRM; HubSpot is a plus.

• Comfort building in a fast-moving market and staying hands-on, including operational support, while the market scales.

• Languages: native-level French and fluent English are required.

How we work

Lexroom is building the platform where legal work gets done. Founded in Milan in 2023, we are the legal AI built data-first for civil-law Europe: a proprietary base of 7M+ verified legal sources, used today by 12,000+ law firms and in-house legal teams. We recently closed a USD 50M Series B led by Left Lane Capital, with investors including Base10 Partners and Eurazeo, bringing total funding to over USD 73M, to expand across Europe starting with Spain, Germany and France.

We move fast and accurate, own outcomes, and say what we mean. Impact is defined by execution, not by title.
