Lexroom is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom.

We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome.

Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.

Why Lexroom?

• Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.

• Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition.

• Deliver Meaningful Results: Your work will directly influence how legal professionals operate — faster, clearer, and more efficiently.

At Lexroom, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.

Your Mission as Event Specialist

We’re looking for an Event Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of Lexroom’s internal and external events — from company workshops and retreats to major tech conferences, industry fairs, and partner activations.

You’ll manage every phase of the process, from early brief to post-event debrief, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and a strong impact across all audiences — internal and external alike.

This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, passionate about building experiences that connect people, ideas, and innovation in a fast-paced tech environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events end-to-end, from initial brief to post-event debrief — ensuring every detail is handled with precision.

• Oversee internal events such as team events, workshops, and company-wide meetings, creating experiences that strengthen team cohesion and culture.

• Coordinate external events, including trade fairs, conferences, webinar and partner activations, ensuring flawless execution and high visibility for the Lexroom brand.

• Define objectives, and timelines, working closely with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.

• Supervise suppliers and partners, from logistics and catering to venue setup and technical operations.

• Collaborate with communication teams to align event marketing, newsletters, and social content before and after each activation.

• Manage networking and registration platforms (e.g., Brella, Luma) to maximize attendee engagement and experience.

• Track performance and collect feedback to continuously refine processes and elevate event quality over time.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in French (native) and English (fluent, C1+). Italian is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with event and webinar management tools (e.g., Brella, Luma) or visual content creation is a plus.

Competitive Pay

We value excellence and share success:

• Annual Salary Range: €32,000–40,000

• Type: Full-time position

• Location: Paris HQ (Hybrid)
