At Parcelforce Worldwide it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that matters. That’s why we’re looking for positive, passionate people to join our busy and dynamic customer service team.

About the role

A confident communicator and attentive listener, you’ll deal with inbound telephone calls and look after customers on a face-to-face basis at our collection points. You’ll also work closely with our drivers regarding collection and deliveries. Ultimately, it’s all about making sure we exceed our customer expectations. In return you can expect a range of fantastic benefits that include 22.5 days holiday each year, medical care, corporate discounts, a company pension scheme and plenty of opportunities for development.  Uniform is also supplied. For this role, we would also be looking for someone who has a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word.

Driving Licence Requirements

It’s essential that you have a full manual driving licence (in your current address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B).  In an ideal world you’ll have a clean licence but it definitely shouldn’t have more than 6 penalty points. And, just so you know, you’ll be required to show your licence at your assessment.

About you

Energetic and empathetic, you love talking to customers and have a talent for building relationships with customers over the phone and in person. Experience working in a front line customer service role would be useful, but isn’t essential. What’s more important is that you have a good level of computer literacy and an eagle eye for detail as you’ll be inputting information from databases. A brilliant team player, you always give 100%.
