Labhouse is a Barcelona-based startup studio building AI-powered mobile apps used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Our products — including Invoice Fly and Summary AI — are designed to make everyday tasks faster, smarter, and simpler through a subscription model that puts the user first.

We were founded by Andrés Bou and Horacio Martos, the duo behind SocialPoint (acquired by Take-Two Interactive), and we operate with the mindset of a product company: small teams, high ownership, and a relentless focus on building things that matter.

We are building the next generation of consumer apps powered by AI, and we are looking for a VP of Growth to own the growth engine across our entire portfolio.

Would you like to make an impact as part of a company that builds the best mobile apps used by millions of users worldwide? If so, discover your next challenge below.

• Lead, mentor, and scale the Performance Marketing team

• Own the full UA budget (8-figure annual spend) across Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks and emerging channels

• Partner with Creative to build a high-velocity creative testing engine

• Partner with Product to align acquisition, monetization, and retention strategies

• Build the reporting, attribution and experimentation frameworks that allow us to scale with confidence

• Identify and unlock new growth channels as we expand the portfolio
