About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. About The Role

Strategy, Planning and Operations (SPO) is the layer that connects Marketing: the planning rhythm, the budget and the administrative coordination that keeps the team aligned and moving in the same direction. As SPO Specialist, you'll support Marketing Leadership in keeping that layer working well. You'll run the quarterly OKR cadence and the marketing calendar, manage budgeting and PO processes, and look after team operations, from onboarding and the Learning & Development programme to offsites and events.

You'll also spend time embedded with teams such as Content, Product Marketing or Social Media to set up their operations or support a major launch. Throughout, you'll use Asana and AI to remove admin friction and improve how all Marketing teams work together. It's a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who wants to support a large team.

Marketing experience is a plus. Admin or operational experience is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

Marketing team coordination and calendar management;

• Set up and own a marketing calendar for all internal and external milestones, from reporting to campaign milestones and events

• Manage day-to-day team admin and support VP Marketing: meeting coordination and bookings, room/resource scheduling, food and catering orders for team events
