The ideal candidate thrives in an environment in which they wear multiple hats, with every day bringing fresh and exciting challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Systems Administration: Serve as the hands-on NetSuite Administrator and Stripe accounting and finance owner, handling user requests, system configuration, saved searches, custom fields, and billing maintenance.
-
Integrations & Automation: Analyze, monitor, and troubleshoot integration flows using Celigo to keep data syncing smoothly between Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Tipalti, and connected apps.
-
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in everyday business workflows, eliminate manual data entry, and implement practical system-driven solutions.
-
Data Integrity & Financial Alignment: Maintain master data hygiene, assist with order-to-cash and general ledger mappings, and ensure systems align with core accounting practices.
-
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales Operations, Business Systems, and IT, to gather business requirements and align system functionality with organizational goals.
-
Change Management: Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), adhere to user testing and training best practices to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
-
Vendor & System Management: Assist in managing vendor relationships, monitoring software licensing and compliance, and evaluating new tools or updates to enhance the overall tech stack efficiency.
