Founder’s Associate

Company Description

10x Value Partners is a think tank and investment firm founded by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We partner with talented individuals and organizations to create transformative value and build the next generation of billion-dollar companies.

As part of our portfolio, ARCbuild’s mission is reviving the American dream of homeownership by offering affordable starter homes suited for young families and first-time home owners. Its innovation lies in reinventing the entire value chain of construction from a first principles perspective, using new technologies such as agentic AI, robotics and computer vision. The company has completed the R&D and product development stage for its hardware product and is looking to redefine the future of housing through innovative modular construction solutions. ARCbuild combines cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design, and operational excellence to deliver homes that set a new standard in real estate development.

We are seeking a Founders Associate Intern to support the founders on all critical aspects of building the company. This is an ideal experience for someone who wants to launch their own company: Entrepreneurial Real-Life Experience.
