Strategic Account Executive

About Us

FlowGen Labs is a frontier enterprise AI company building the zero-touch enterprise: context-aware agents that operate inside highly customized SAP environments at machine speed, grounded in each company’s ontology, live operational data, and operating procedures so complex workflows can run autonomously instead of relying on manual support teams. FlowGen is focused on turning legacy ERP from a system of record into an execution layer for finance and operations. Deployed at Fortune 500 companies across CPG, distribution, high-tech, and oil and gas, FlowGen Labs brings together a frontier AI and SAP team from DeepMind, SAP, Meta AI, and Amazon AGI Labs.

Role Summary

We’re hiring Founding Account Executives to take FlowGen into large enterprises that run on SAP, including Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.

You’ll own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, partner closely with the founding team on strategic deals, and help refine the playbook for selling autonomous AI into complex finance, operations, and IT environments.

This is a role for closers who can navigate large organizations, build executive trust, and convert strong customer pull into enterprise revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of enterprise accounts from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close

• Build business cases around automation, working capital improvement, cycle-time reduction, and operational efficiency

• Partner with founders, product, and solutions teams on strategic customer opportunities

• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and close six-figure and above ACV deals

• Travel regularly for customer meetings across the US and Europe

Who You Are

• 5+ years selling enterprise software, with a track record of closing $250K–$1M+ deals involving multiple stakeholders and security, legal and procurement review

• You've won at a startup or challenger company where the brand didn't sell for you

• Track record of consistently exceeding quota

• Experience selling into large enterprises, ideally Fortune 500 or Global 2000

• Technically fluent: you can talk deployments credibly with CIOs and IT/SAP teams

• Pilot-led selling experience is a plus

• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, finance operations, automation, AI, or data infrastructure is a plus

• AI-native: you use modern tools daily to research accounts, prep for calls, draft outreach, and move faster

• Comfortable in early-stage environments where you build the playbook, not just follow it

• Clear communicator, strong owner, and comfortable operating with incomplete information

• Direct impact on revenue, product direction, and company trajectory

• Sell a category-defining AI product into some of the world’s largest enterprises
