Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and highly organised Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and be client-facing, supporting and participating in interviews and sitting in on client calls. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a metrics-driven, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and pipeline candidates for high-volume roles across sales, operations, and technology functions using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels

• Helping the recruiters with end-to-end workflows including scheduling, screening, and interview coordination

• Participate in candidate interviews and sit in on client-facing interviews as a representative of the recruitment function

• Liaise with internal hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, update pipelines, and provide regular progress reports

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality

• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication

• Support the wider recruitment team with ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to source and manage candidates across both sales and technology roles at volume

• Confident and professional communicator with strong written and spoken English suitable for internal and client-facing interaction

• Experience participating in or supporting candidate and client interviews
