Clinical Talent Community

Don't see the perfect role yet? We'd still love to hear from you!

This isn't a specific job posting — it's our Clinical Talent Community. By joining, you're letting us know you're interested in future opportunities at Clarity, so we can reach out as soon as a role opens that fits your specialty, licensure, and location.

Too many families face a broken path to pediatric specialty care — long waitlists, fragmented providers, and care that's hard to access when you need it most. We're on a mission to help every kid get the most out of childhood — and we're looking for clinicians who want to be part of building it.

Don't see a role that matches your specialty or state licensure today? We still want to hear from you — we're growing fast, and we may be hiring in your area soon. If you're a pediatrician, behavioral health clinician, or allied health professional who wants to be part of what we're building, join our Clinical Talent Community.

Why clinicians join Clarity

We're a multidisciplinary, tech-enabled, virtual care team built around one goal: making pediatric specialty care accessible to every family, regardless of where they live or what insurance they carry. Our care model is grounded in AAP and AACAP guidelines and is designed to let clinicians do what they trained to do — deliver excellent, evidence-based care — without the friction of a broken system.

Clinicians who join us are looking for:

• Practicing at the top of their license, in a model built around evidence-based, guideline-driven care

• A true multidisciplinary team, working alongside pediatricians, specialty MDs, therapists, psychologists, and care coordinators around a shared patient

• Flexibility, with part-time and full-time, remote-first roles that fit real life

• Mission-driven work, closing the gap in access to pediatric specialty care for families everywhere, regardless of geography or insurance

Who we're building this community for

We welcome interest from clinicians across the pediatric care continuum, including:

• Pediatricians & Specialty Physicians — general pediatrics, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, child & adolescent psychiatry, and related specialties

• Behavioral Health Clinicians — psychologists, licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

• Allied & Supporting Clinical Roles — Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, nutritionists/dietitians, RN care coordinators, and other clinical professionals supporting pediatric chronic care

If you're licensed and passionate about pediatric care, we want to hear from you — even if the exact title above doesn't match your own.
