Product Manager

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Campaign Platform team and help us Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As a Senior Product Manager for Buy-side Integrations, you will be responsible for our product vision, strategy, and building of integrations that enable Brand Advertisers to manage their campaigns within the context of where they buy media and ads today. You will be responsible for identifying the right integration opportunities, serving as a face of Ibotta’s technology team with those partners, and ensuring we can seamlessly integrate. You will define Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and identify the advertiser user problems which need to be solved in order to achieve them. You will craft an iterative roadmap of product initiatives and lead cross-functional squads of Engineering, Analytics, Research, and Architecture team members in the execution of those initiatives. You will collaborate with functions across Ibotta, and with clients, to communicate your strategy, launch solutions, and continuously measure success along the way.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.

What you will be doing:

• Empathize with your brand advertiser customers to understand their environments, needs, goals, motivations, and pain points throughout various phases of the customer journey

• Evaluating third party integration opportunities and making recommendations about which parties to integrate with and why

• Delivering an intuitive and comprehensive experience for integration partners

• Collaborating with your Ibotta technology partners to influence the overall Campaign Platform roadmap

• Meeting with external partners to introduce, refine and execute integrated relationships

• Put AI at the center of your product – both the product experience that you create and the development process by which you create it

• Prioritize a roadmap of product initiatives which articulates the team’s path to success in achieving OKRs, while creating value for employees, clients, and Ibotta

• Champion optimal product development processes that focus on the problem and that leverage the power of iteration and learning, while enabling high-quality, timely execution in a fast-paced, iterative, and fluid environment. You are a builder, not a facilitator

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across Ibotta to manage expectations on scope and timelines

• Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including a track record of taking products from an ambiguous problem space through launch with a cross-functional team

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field required

• A deep understanding of the adtech ecosystem, such that you can identify, evaluate and recommend compelling integration opportunities

• Deep API experience, specifically in the adtech space. You understand what is required to enable high-performing integrations between B2B platforms

• You build things yourself. You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or Lovable to make working prototypes, and you use AI every day for research, analysis, and writing

• B2B product experience, where your customers are businesses, and you work with them directly. You have run discovery with partners, presented roadmaps to them, and handled hard conversations about scope and timing. You understand how to launch products in coordination with Product Marketing teams

• You can define a problem space no one has mapped yet, make sound calls without complete data, and say no to good ideas that don't fit the strategy. You understand the economics of deals where several parties share revenue

• Clear communication in writing, in visuals, and in person, with internal teams and with senior external partners
