Responsibilities:

Support training logistics and administration to facilitate training & retail operations
Manage stock levels of training materials and operational grooming materials
Maintain inventory of in-house training facilities and equipment
Maintain updated curriculum database, training materials, schedules and records; generate reports for training analysis

Qualification:

Degree holder or above in related disciplines
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Passion for Fragrances, Cosmetics and for the Hermès Universe
Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and relevant software tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask, prioritize, self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to work full time on a 6 to 9 month intern contract
