We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions
About the role
We are looking for a bright engineer to help our customers solve complex technical problems across Applied Intuition’s Vehicle OS portfolio. In this role you will work closely with vehicle software and tooling teams at OEMs and Tier 1s to ensure Applied’s solutions deliver maximum impact in advancing customers’ Software-Defined-Vehicle (SDV) strategies and in-cabin user experiences.
Vehicle OS is Applied Intuition’s software platform for SDV. It enables OEMs to modernize their E/E architecture through three interconnected areas:

Middleware & architecture Service-oriented, middleware-driven software stacks built on AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform, SOME/IP, and DDS. Helps OEMs migrate from distributed ECU architectures to zonal, centralized compute.

Developer toolchain A code-first toolchain that replaces GUI-bound configuration workflows. Engineers model vehicle behavior in Python, manage changes through pull requests, and validate in virtual ECU environments analogous to what cloud virtual engineering workbenches (e.g., AWS VEW) brought to cloud-native development, but purpose-built for automotive E/E systems.
