About
Atlas is the concierge charge card for high-net-worth individuals and their companies. We pair 24/7 concierge access with no-preset-limit spending, giving members insider access to dining, luxury travel, and experiences that are otherwise impossible to get. We've crossed $1B in annualized transaction volume and are backed by Y Combinator, Elad Gil, O1 Advisors, Eric Schmidt, and other leading fintech and consumer investors. The team is lean, senior, and fast-moving, with experience across Apple, Robinhood, Rimowa, and more.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of the internal tools that power Atlas. Our internal tools directly impact the world-class experience demanded by our members, supporting everything from managing balances and points to booking dining reservations, flights, and hotels. You’ll collaborate closely with the concierge team, dining operations, head of operations, and engineering team to build functional, operationally-focused, complex yet easy to use and beautiful tools that streamline our internal workflows and improve efficiency. You’ll be a part of the Atlas design team, reporting to the Design Director, working collaboratively with other members of the design team to bring the same exceptional standards of our customer-facing products to our internal tools. You must be based in our NYC (SOHO) or SF (FIDI) office, with an expectation of at least three days per week in person.
