VP Sales

Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It’s becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results.

Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what’s actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house.

Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart’s first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta.

This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart’s scale, data, and reach behind us, we’re building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.

About the Role

Vibe just opened its developer platform, and with it, a way to put CTV inventory inside products that never touch Vibe directly: a retail media manager, a travel booking platform, any ad system with an advertiser base and a reason to sell video. As VP, Audience Extension Partnerships, you'll build the vertical that turns that plumbing into revenue, reporting directly to Quentin Marchese, Vibe's CRO. This is the first hire into audience extension: there's no existing team or leader driving this line of business today, and the mandate is to build it from the ground up, with room to grow into a team lead role as it scales. Three reasons someone great would want this job: you'll own a brand-new revenue line at a company already growing faster than almost anyone else in media, you'll get direct, high-visibility access to GM- and C-suite-level stakeholders across commerce media, travel, and ad platform companies, and you'll be backed by Vibe's existing developer platform and CTV ad-serving capability instead of starting from a blank product.

What You'll Do

Build the Vertical

• Define the go-to-market for audience extension as a net-new revenue line at Vibe

• Identify and prioritize target partners across commerce media, travel, and advertising platforms

• Set the commercial model for revenue-share deals tied to partner ad spend

Close Complex Deals

• Build relationships with GM and C-suite-level stakeholders at target accounts

• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning partnerships, data, and legal

• Secure executive level sign-off on deals given their strategic weight to the business

• Treat the signed agreement as the halfway point: your job is done when partner dollars are flowing, not when the contract is signed

Partner Across Vibe

• Own each deal from signature through activation — work with the partnerships team to get integrations live and revenue flowing

• Coordinate with data and legal teams to clear each deal for launch

• Feed market and partner feedback back into product and platform priorities

Scale What Works

• Track pipeline, deal velocity, and activated revenue against targets for the vertical

• Build the case for headcount as the vertical proves out

• Hire and lead a team once the business line is established

What You Need

• 10+ years of ad tech experience — this is a hard filter, not a nice-to-have

• A deep, existing network across commerce media, travel, or ad tech platforms

• A track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, with the ability to reach GM/C-suite level at target companies

• Experience structuring revenue-share or partnership-based commercial deals, not just direct ad sales

• Genuine curiosity about AI: you use it in your own workflow and can speak to how it's changed your output

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing a small team, even if most of your career has been as an individual contributor

• Experience across multiple partner ecosystems (retail media, travel, ad platforms)

• Familiarity with API-based or developer-platform partnership models

Our Values

At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

You'll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort.

This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you'll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that's moving fast.

If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.

What We Offer

For candidates based in New York, NY, base pay for this role is $225k–$275k, plus a competitive variable component, with OTE up to $550k for top performers.

At Vibe, we want you to build something, own something, and grow fast. Here's how we back that up:

• Hybrid flexibility — We're in NYC's Flatiron District and our team is in 3x a week.

• Full health coverage — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• 401(k) with matching — We invest in your future, not just your output.

• Unlimited PTO — Take the time you need. We measure results, not hours.

• Parental leave — Paid leave for all parents.

• Annual offsite — The whole team, once a year, somewhere worth the trip.

Our Interview Process

We respect your time. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises, no ghosting.

1. Recruiter screen — 30 min. We'll share context; you'll share yours.

2. Manager interview — Meet the person you'd work with directly.

3. Take-home assignment + live debrief — A real problem, not a trick. We'll work through it together.

4. Calibration interview — A senior leader joins to ensure we're holding a consistent, high bar.

5. Reference checks — Two calls, handled with discretion.

6. Offer — Fast. We don't let good decisions sit.
