About Hook

We’re building the future of customer growth. At Hook, we use AI and Machine Learning to help businesses predict revenue with accuracy, drive customer loyalty, and capture massive value from their existing customers.

We’re a Series A company who ranked 33 out of 100 on the Sifted fastest growing startups and we have raised $multi-million in funding from some of the top investors in Europe and the US (e.g. Balderton Capital and Lightspeed) and have an enviable list of customers that we’re working with including some of the fastest growing companies in the world. We’re looking for ambitious people that want to be part of our meaningful vision of changing how businesses engage with their customers, and of building one of the world’s leading workplaces for great people along the way.

The Role:

We're looking for people who are either:

• Serious about building a career in sales.

• Or coming from a different field and making a deliberate move into sales.

Ultimately, we want someone who wants to progress quickly to be an Account Executive within 12 months.

What makes this opportunity unique is that you're not just learning how to generate leads. You'll be trained across the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery through to running demos, building business cases, and closing deals. You'll learn directly from our top sellers, work alongside experienced Account Executives on live opportunities, and gradually take on more commercial responsibility as you develop.

At Hook, we believe great salespeople are made through a combination of ambition, curiosity, ownership, and exceptional coaching. That's why we've built a structured 12-month programme with a clear progression path to Account Executive, giving you the opportunity to go from learning the fundamentals to owning your own revenue target and doubling your earning potential.

This isn't a stop-gap job. It's a genuine opportunity to fast-track your career in one of the most rewarding professions out there. If you're hungry to learn, motivated to earn, and ready to push yourself to become exceptional at what you do, we'd love to speak to you.

• You're curious: You genuinely want to understand how businesses work, what drives buying decisions, and what makes great salespeople successful.

• You're highly coachable: You actively seek feedback, take it on board without ego, and put it into practice quickly.

• You're confident enough to challenge: You're comfortable sharing your perspective, asking difficult questions, and pushing back when you believe there's a better way.
