Mott MacDonald is a leading provider of engineering, project delivery, and asset management services for the North American energy industry. We support many of the largest pipeline operators, midstream companies, utilities, and developers across the United States through the development and delivery of critical energy infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to provide technical leadership for pipeline and facilities engineering projects across North America. This role is suited to an experienced engineer with a strong background in natural gas transmission, gathering systems, compressor stations, metering facilities, storage, LNG, RNG, hydrogen, carbon capture, and related energy infrastructure.

The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for guiding engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence, mentoring developing engineers, supporting project delivery, and helping clients solve complex engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is ideally suited for an engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills and who is passionate about developing both people and engineering solutions that support the future of energy infrastructure.
