Fulfilment Associate

About Atlys

Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.

Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.

Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Fulfilment Associate to own visa processing and customer operations for Atlys in Dubai.

You’ll manage applications end to end, guide customers through documentation and profile creation, resolve operational issues in real time, and provide on-ground support when needed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine operational rigour with strong customer judgment, while helping us improve how fulfilment works and expand what we can offer travellers in the UAE. The role is based in-office in Dubai and operates on a 6-day work week.

The Job

• Own visa applications end to end across UAE operations, from documentation and profile creation through submission and final outcome.

• Guide and support customers throughout the process by explaining requirements, resolving questions and providing on-ground assistance when needed.

• Ensure every application is accurate and compliant by reviewing documentation closely, identifying issues early and resolving them proactively.

• Help expand our UAE offering by identifying and evaluating opportunities to unlock new visa destinations and improve coverage for customers.

• Improve fulfilment and customer experience by tracking applications closely, collaborating across teams and identifying ways to make operations faster, more reliable and seamless.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in visa operations, travel operations, customer support or another execution-heavy operational role.

• Are exceptionally detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple applications without losing accuracy.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

• Think quickly, take ownership and can resolve operational problems independently when things do not go to plan.

• Are comfortable with digital tools, learn new systems quickly and enjoy working in a hands-on, customer-facing environment.

We hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts. We solve hard problems that happen to touch global travel and government infrastructure.

What you can expect

Atlys is built by a small team with outsized ambition, high ownership, and an obsession with doing great work.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.

• Comprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up on us.

• A thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.

• Learning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools that help you get better at your craft.

• Relocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.

• Great tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.

Our values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the way we work is deliberate. Read them before you apply. If this environment energizes you, you’ll probably thrive here. If it doesn’t, it’s better to know that upfront.
